He has broad international experience in the SMB market segment and is frequently invited to speak on go-to-market strategies and operations.
Carrie is a leader in the high tech industry, with proven expertise in operations, project management, business planning, strategy and execution, and company mergers. She has led direct and virtual teams at global, national, and regional levels, responsible for business development, sales, operations, and marketing. She is also a mentor to many young women in technology.
Mark joins the team after a successful naval career, where he rose to the rank of four-star admiral. Highlights include serving as vice chief of naval operations and chief human resources officer, where he led major cross-service initiatives including the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. He has been recognized for introducing innovative personnel policies and also brings experience as a board member of a public company and a government research center.
Adrian brings his globally proven track record to Gilroy Associates, specializing in leadership development and strategic business planning with a focus on go-to-market, profit and loss, and distribution. With over 30 years' experience in both emerging and mature markets, with a particularly in-depth understanding of the Asia-Pacific region, he brings a unique worldview to every business he advises or invests in.
Donna has 30 years of leadership experience in IT marketing, strategy, channel enablement, and finance. She has led development and successful execution of many large-scale U.S. and global projects and programs. She has an MBA from Rice University, a B.S. from Purdue University, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Donna has been recognized 4 times by CRN in their Most Powerful Women in the Channel awards.
Paige brings digital marketing and communications experience to Gilroy Associates. As a millennial, Paige brings a different perspective to the team, as well as expertise in social media, writing for the online reader, and public relations in the digital age. She has a B.A. from Boston College and holds certifications from HubSpot in Inbound Marketing, Inbound Sales, and HubSpot software.
